Adam Williams

Outdoor Programs Director

Raised in Midcoast Maine, Adam began his career in education working in experiential/outdoor education settings for schools and organizations across the United States. Adam earned a bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Sonoma State University (California) and a master's degree in Outdoor Education from the University of New Hampshire. Adam has taught in K-12 and college settings for over 10 years and is a founding faculty member of the Ecology Learning Center. Adam is a licensed EMT, a Maine Guide, an Instructor with the American Canoe Association, The National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) and teaches Wilderness First Aid with Wilderness Medical Associates. Adam loves working with the amazing students at the ELC and is committed to growing and enhancing the student experience in this vibrant community.
