The Ecology Learning Center provides an excellent free public education for 130 students in grades 9-12 in rural Maine. Our Outdoor Programs fundraising goal for the 2025-2026 school year is $6,000 to support hiking, camping, cross country skiing, mountain biking, canoeing, rock climbing and kayaking.

These outdoor learning experiences build confidence, resilience, and healthy living habits.

Thank you for giving!

THANK YOU

Capital Campaign COMPLETE!

The Ecology Learning Center became the proud owner of the Clifford Arts & Student Center (formerly Unity Center for Performing Arts) in 2024, thanks to the generosity of Unity Environmental University and Unity Foundation. To maintain and fully realize the capacity of this beautiful 8,000 square foot facility, we raised $150,000.  Thank you to all who donated to the capital campaign!

Your donation to Ecology Learning Center, a 501c3 non-profit organization, is tax deductible. Our tax ID # is 83-1966135.  No goods or services were provided to you in connection with this charitable gift.

We proudly use a platform called "Zeffy" because it is 100% free to our nonprofit. Zeffy requests an additional donation to cover their costs. If you do not wish to pay the Zeffy fee, simply change "additional contribution" to 0%.
