Courtney Sanders is joining our staff this year as our new Chef/Nutrition Director. Courtney created, owned and operated a small restaurant in downtown Belfast called Daily Soup, which recently closed after 14 years. Another fun fact to know about Courtney: she was a professional ballet dancer in American Ballet Theater early in her career! But her favorite “job” ever was raising her three children in the vibrant and supportive community of Belfast.
