Dani Butler is a local fermentation expert. She will lead participants in three consecutive, detailed sessions on her techniques for making sauerkraut, kimchi, and pickles. As the produce season begins, learn how to preserve the bounty!
Rachel Alexandrou is a local farmer and wild foods forager who will offer insights into how to find and incorporate the seasonal wild harvest with our cultivated produce.
Please bring your own glass jars and a donation of $20 upon arrival.
