Love your gut by eating bread the way we are meant to! The second of our Fermentation Workshop Series will feature SOURDOUGH STARTERS! Michael Scholz of Albion Bread will teach participants the art of starting, keeping, and baking with a sourdough starter. Participants will take home local Maine flour and their own starters to work with!
