Heritage Bread Festival
Two days of workshops will integrate: (1) Restoring ancient and heritage grain biodiversity, (2) Baking sourdough artisan breads in wood-fired ovens, and (3) Celebrating culture, cuisine and arts of ancient grains. Ecology Learning Center students will prepare and serve pizza for all participants!

Ecology Learning Center students and staff get admission free of charge.
Two days full of workshops will integrate three themes:
- (1) Restoring ancient and heritage grain biodiversity on the verge of extinction,
- (2) Baking sourdough artisan breads in wood-fired ovens using landrace grains, and
- (3) Celebrating the culture, cuisine and arts from ancestral homelands of ancient grains.
Students from the Ecology Learning Center will prepare and serve pizzas for lunch, the proceeds from which will be donated back to the Ecology Learning Center!
