Two days of workshops will integrate: (1) Restoring ancient and heritage grain biodiversity, (2) Baking sourdough artisan breads in wood-fired ovens, and (3) Celebrating culture, cuisine and arts of ancient grains. Ecology Learning Center students will prepare and serve pizza for all participants!

(3) Celebrating the culture, cuisine and arts from ancestral homelands of ancient grains.
