Jalana lives not far from the ELC, where she homesteads with her partner and two young daughters. She has a passion for organic gardening, cooking, concocting herbal recipes, reading, and educating her daughters on those subjects and everything in between. Jalana has her degree in Nutrition and Sustainable Food Systems from the University of Maine. She has lived in most of New England and in England for a short while. She aspires to move to Europe some day with her family or back to her humble roots on the coast of Massachusetts. Jalana is eager to share her skills as the Ecology Learning Center's new Nutrition Director.
